My Approach

I believe the best wedding photographs and films come from real moments, not staged ones. My approach is relaxed, unobtrusive, and focused on documenting your day as it naturally unfolds.

From the excitement of getting ready to the energy of the dance floor, I aim to capture the genuine emotions, fleeting moments, and meaningful details that make your wedding uniquely yours. I'll provide guidance when needed, but for the most part, I blend into the background, allowing you to be fully present with the people you love.

Whether you're looking for photography, filmmaking, or both, my goal remains the same: to tell your story honestly and authentically. I offer photography and film individually or together, creating a seamless experience and a cohesive collection of memories from your day.

The result is a gallery and film that not only show how your wedding looked, but help you relive exactly how it felt for years to come.

Be unapologetically you!

Your wedding day isn't about perfect poses or forced moments. It's about the people you love, the emotions you share, and the memories you'll carry for years to come. My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, allowing me to document your day naturally as it unfolds.

FAQ

How far in advance should we book?

Popular dates can book up well over a year in advance, particularly during peak wedding season. If you've set your date and feel we're a good fit, it's always worth getting in touch as soon as possible.

Do you travel?

Absolutely. I'm based in the Peak District but regularly photograph weddings throughout the UK and overseas. Whether you're planning a countryside celebration, city wedding, or destination wedding abroad, I'd love to hear about it.

How long does it take to receive our gallery?

You'll receive a selection of preview images shortly after your wedding, with your full gallery typically delivered within a few weeks depending on the time of year and coverage booked.

Do you offer engagement shoots?

Yes. Engagement shoots are a great opportunity for us to get to know each other before the wedding and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera.

How do we book?

Simply get in touch via the contact form with a few details about your wedding. We'll arrange a chat, discuss your plans, and if we're a good fit, I'll guide you through the booking process.
